Zosia is from Canada’s East Coast, and completed her bachelor’s degree with honours in chemistry and a minor in mathematics from the University of Prince Edward Island. She then moved to Ottawa to complete her Ph.D. in chemistry at the University of Ottawa, where she studied the free radical autoxidation of cholesterol, as well as antioxidants that could slow the process, using organic synthesis and physical organic chemistry. Zosia began her career in intellectual property in 2018, and joined our firm in 2025. Now a registered Canadian patent agent, Zosia assists clients through all stages of the patenting process, with a focus on patent drafting and prosecution.

Person

Having grown up on an island, Zosia loves to be near the water. Her travels often bring her back to Atlantic Canada or to beaches around the world. When at home, Zosia can be found curled up on the couch with her cat, Pepper, and a good book or movie.
